Mr. Ferrara

Hello My Name Is...

<My Name>

I graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in May 2018. I was a student teacher at Central Columbia High School from September 2017 until May 2018. This year will be my first year at Colonial Beach High School, where I will get to teach A.P. U.S. Government, Civics and Economics, and Virginia and U.S. History.

A little bit of background about me: I came from Warminster, PA where I lived with my twin brother Francis, and my younger brother Vincent. Warminster is about thirty minutes outside of Philadelphia so you may have guessed that I am a Philadelphia Eagles fan. If you did you are 100% right. GO BIRDS!!!! My favorite teams also include the Philadelphia Flyers, Phillies, and 76ers. I went to high school at Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster, PA. After high school I attended Bloomsburg University, where I majored in Secondary Education Citizenship. At Bloomsburg University I coached and played rugby. My senior year I was the co-captain and we won our conference championship for 15s and 7s. In 15s we finished 8th overall in the country, and in 7s we finished 3rd overall in the country both were the best finishes in program history. On my free time I love to coach and referee rugby, go for run, play fantasy football, read, and take part in the community.
