Hello My Name Is...
Ms. Burke

Hi!  My name is Ms. Burke.  

Let me tell you:  I am so excited to be here at Colonial Beach High School.  I am a Virginia native (so yes, I love the Redskins, Nationals, and Wizards) and graduated from the University of Mary Washington (I also went to James Madison University).  I am a math teacher and have taught all levels of math.

I am a mother and have 2 children.  I also have many pets and they are a big part of my world.  I love photography, crocheting and the outdoors.  I enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking.  I do not watch television and try to appreciate nature and what the world has to offer.

As your math teacher my main goal is to help you learn.  I am here for you.  If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to call the school, email me at [email protected], or stay after for help.  I appreciate honesty, respect and hard work.  If you do those things we will get along just fine!
